I’m late to the party, so not reading these in the order they were posted. I commend you for taking the time to respond to this challenge by digging up so many wonderful quotes. They all speak to me, but this is the one I plan to put above my desk as a reminder of the importance of our need to work together – and to continue to champion that approach.
We all have gifts to share – and competition comes from an insidious “winner takes all” SEO virus that, sadly, seems to have infected even the coaching field that started out so beautifully.

USA – currently residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. My Dad was a military scientist, so I moved around almost every year as a child.
My blogging focus is primarily mental health awareness, information and advocacy. Many of the blogs I visit make me weep – so much struggle, so much pain from so much stigma, so little help.
I’m big on focusing on the positive, but encourage taking time to process the negative as well. And I never shy away from calling out the current approaches of the American medical community (and the politically-primed policies of our ill-informed or out of date Drug Enforcement Agency)!!!!
Posts like yours help me maintain some sort of balance toward the bright side.

Wow so you have been to places and so good work you are doing I really appreciate it and it is so good to make people aware of what is happening today. Even I am not someone who likes to read depressing posts cause it pulls you down and I read also a lot of positive books and listen to motivational speakers and I too want to be a positive person cause what r we going to take with us nothing so why not be happy and make others happy that is the reason why I write positive posts and inspire people towards being happy and joyful. Thanks for everything.πππππ

I’m hoping that MOST of my posts add to the positive – sharing information and suggestions about what helps, even if readers are unable to obtain much from their “live” communities.
Keep an eye out for “Nick: A Personal Triumph over Brain Damage” (which will post in about an hour). VERY inspiring. Find links to my posts on the right column – most recent on top.
I have a library of positive books in my arsenal as well – some including the authors of the quotes you have offered. I listen to Ted Talks as well as podcasts with a positive approach too.
