I choose Joy

As I stand unshaken

In the midst of chaos

Oh! Joy such a pleasure

To have you around me

Soaking me in your Joyfulness

Sunshine reflected in my hair

Singing along horizon’s mist

In wonder and reverence

I am joyful and happy

Dancing in my pretty blue shoes

Flirting with the shadows of love

Stir me up with laughter

Your surge in me is bursting

Propelling me to write

Verses of my delightful feelings

Filling my book with raptures

And I stand unshaken

As I choose U, my Joy

Letting you speak words

Of liveliness in my heart’s core……………………….
