If you sing of beauty

Though alone in the heart

Of the spacious desert

You will have listeners.

In vain shall a poet seek

The mother of his songs

Of his wounded soul

That enchants the passion.

A dip of his flaming pen

That the earth writes upon

It is a deal of joy and pain

With a dash of the letterings

Rising from a smiling mouth.

A timeless distant song

All words are but crumbs

That fall down from the feast

Of the ecstatic mind………..
