Hearts, soft as a Baby………..

Dil toh baccha hai ji

Thoda kaccha hai ji

Hearts are like the softness of a baby

Radiating warmth, innocent and fun-loving

Like a cuckoo, can fall recklessly in love

Flapping its wings of joy and peace

Pouring forth flames of happiness

Unfurling its petals of affection

Touching each and every awesome Heart

Sometimes a little rawness breaks them in pieces

Easily hurt and ripped apart in an instant

Laying shattered, unstitched beyond repair

Until a gracious friend comes along

Mending the tender loving soul

And the heart starts rejoicing once again……………………………
